A great addition to the Lego construction toy sets were the diminutive Lego citizen that were introduced in the 1970's. These Lego figures, also sometimes called mini figures, are very collectible and fun to play with. These diminutive figures are very simplistic, despite the addition of features and accessories over the years. They typically have detachable pieces like hands and legs and even the heads!
There are varied Lego themed construction block sets that are available with some being much more popular than others. Most of these themes also include Lego figures and regularly these figures are the most popular highlight of a given play set. The Lego City citizen are very popular and are used to recreate every day general human activities, only in construction block toys. There are anything from construction workers, to truck drivers and remarkable up business men.

Another great theme is the Star Wars theme. Star Wars construction block sets are by the far the most collectible series of themes and the figures included in this series are sometimes very rare and hard to find. This scarcity tends to drive up the price of the more in quiz, and hard to find Lego mini figures.
A great example of a Lego Star Wars play set that features a good group of mini figures is the Cloud City 10123 set. The Cloud City system features seven figures total with many of those being quite collectible and hard to find. Unfortunately, this single construction block set is not available to purchase directly from the official site although is possible to find at some auction sites.
